The apartment is close to shops, restaurants, entertainment and of course the beach (a couple of minutes walk) The apartment was recently renovated to a high standard with a modern design, it has 1 bathroom, large screen Smart tv with International channels. There is a balcony with outdoor furniture and superb views over the ocean to the island of La Gomera The complex has a heated pool (see remarks below). Parque Santiago I & II have been, and still are the favorite destination for 10´s of thousands of holiday makers annually, for over 35 years
