The apartment has 2 bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms (from July 2024) and is just 60 meters from a very private sandy beach. The La Olla suburb is very small and peaceful and the road is for residents only making it perfect for walking and bicycling. There is a parking place available and is included in the reservation. The promenade of Altea is just 5 minutes by car and also within walking distance, offering many shop, bars and restaurants. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment. Please note, the person making the reservation needs to be at least 21 years of age.
